Property Walk-throughs/Building Inspections:

Regular checks of your property's critical systems and actively searching for problem spots. (e.g. Broken Lights, Door Closures, Exterior Siding/Bricks, Water Damage Evidence, Stairwell Blockage, Trespassers/Suspicious Activities, Garage Door Damage)

Preventative Maintenance:

Scheduled tasks such as Battery Replacements for Electrical Locks, Smoke Detectors, and AED Devices; HVAC Filter Changes, and minor repairs to prevent larger issues.

Pre-Winter Maintenance

Cleaning Gutters, Clearing Drains, Storing Patio Furniture, Inspecting Rooftops/Shingles, Switching Sump Pumps to Sewer Drainage, Removing Outdoor Hoses, and Checking Exterior Lights
